SERVPRO has an App to help with the readiness of a building. You can find it by going to your IOS or Android marketplace and search for SERVPRO or by creating your own login here: https://ready.SERVPRO.com

It's called the Emergency Response Profile which can help your business be prepared for losses. It is not a contingency plan but a plan to rapidly respond to damage. The main use is to locate and tag shut off locations for water, gas, and fire sprinklers. The app can have a picture and location of these shut off valves making it easier for anyone who works in your building to know how to turn them off.

Just recently a client called SERVPRO of The Woodlands/Conroe to let us know of a broken water main. When we responded the front desk employee had already turned off the water saving the company hundreds of dollars.
