Egypt TX Home with Moldy Ceiling

The same moldy home in Egypt Texas with more mold damage in the ceiling. The issue came about when they had an overhead pipe break while they were on vacation. The water intruded the house and created a lot of humidity.

Evaporation of the excess water leaves humidity in the air with no where to go but into the ceiling. The vacation left the home empty for enough time that mold was able to grow throughout the home wherever there was moisture.

Once the moldy ceiling was removed we found more mold along the trusses and framing. All the mold will need to be remove before the home can be repaired.
